WHERE CAN I RECEIVE MY ORDER?
  • We ship to a valid US shipping address. We do not ship to PO Box addresses.
ONCE I PLACE MY ORDER, WHEN CAN I EXPECT TO RECEIVE IT?
  • Orders placed Monday through Friday before 10AM PST will be processed the same day and will ship within 2 business days.
  • Orders placed Monday through Friday after 10AM PST will be processed the next business day and will ship within 2 business days.
  • Orders placed after 10AM PST on Friday and orders placed during the weekend will be processed the following Monday and will ship within 2 business days. 
  • We do not deliver with UPS on Saturday or Sunday. 
WHAT SHIPPING METHODS DO YOU OFFER?
  • We offer the below shipping methods (Please note that we do not deliver with UPS on Saturdays or Sundays for any of the below shipping methods):
    • UPS Ground Delivery: 3-5 business days
    • UPS 2 Day: 2 business days 
    • UPS Overnight: 1 business day (not eligible for orders shipping to Alaska or Hawaii)
  • There is no expedited shipping outside the 48 states. We do not offer Two Day or Next Day delivery to Alaska, Hawaii, Guam, Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands and Military bases.
HOW MUCH DO I PAY FOR DELIVERY SERVICE?
  • Cost is dependent on which shipping method you choose:
    • UPS Ground Delivery: $8. Free on orders $75+
    • UPS 2 Day: $15
    • UPS Overnight: $25
CAN I UPGRADE MY SHIPPING AFTER MY ORDER HAS BEEN PLACED?
  • Once your order has been placed, we are unable to change the shipping method. If you have any concerns about your order arriving on time, please contact our customer service team.
HOW WILL I KNOW MY ORDER HAS SHIPPED?
  • You will receive an e-mail confirmation with your tracking number.
CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
  • You will be able to track your order with the provided tracking number.
WHAT IS THE GROUND DELIVERY PROCESS?
  • UPS Ground Delivery is the ESC choice for shipping packages up to 70 lbs. for delivery within 3-5 business days.
  • There is no expedited shipping outside the 48 states. We do not offer Two Day or Next Day delivery to Alaska, Hawaii, Guam, Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands and Military bases.
  • Only one promotional code can be used per order. Free Shipping promotion may not be combined with any other offers unless explicitly noted.
WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I AM NOT GOING TO BE HOME WHEN MY PACKAGE IS EXPECTED TO ARRIVE?
  • If your package does not require a signature, it will be left at your front door or at your campus store (if you provided your campus store address at time of checkout and the campus store is a ESC partner). If you are concerned about the package being left while you are gone, we recommend having it sent to a work address.
WHAT DO I DO IF I NEVER RECEIVE MY PACKAGE?
  • Please contact our customer service team if your order shows as delivered but you have not received it. help@esportcertified.com.
