HOW TO MAKE A RETURN
Returning our products is always free and easy!
- Head to esportcertified.loopreturns.com and complete the returns form, making sure to check the 'refund' box.
- Use the pre-paid shipping label to send the product(s) back to us in their original packaging! Please note your item(s) may have not shipped in original brand manufacture packaging. That's ok just secure your item well and ship back to us in your own shipping box/envelope.
- You'll get emails as soon as your return has been processed. Please allow 1-2 business days for online returns to be processed.

Do you offer free returns & exchanges?
- We offer free returns or store credit. Unfortunately we do not offer exchanges.
What is Your Return Policy?
- Returns are 100% free for items in unused condition within 30 days of receipt. Please note products that are damaged, unsanitary, dented or scratched may be denied a return.
- Please return items with all accessories and packaging. If you do not, we may either deny the return, or allow a return with a nonrefundable deduction on your refund for what is missing.
What if my Product Comes Damaged or Defective?
- If you receive a product that is damaged in shipping, defective or that is not the product you ordered, please return it by mail during your return time period. If you have any questions please call us at (949) 382-2091 or write us at email@example.com.
How do I return my order?

How do I Get my Return Label?
- Please visit esportcertified.loopreturns.com a free pre-paid shipping label. If you misplaced the original shipping label you can always print off a new one after processing your return at esportcertified.loopreturns.com.
