Our refurbished products have been inspected, tested, cleaned and certified to ensure they're in like-new condition and will function as well as a new product.
Used products are pre-owned products that have not been tested, cleaned, and certified refurbished.
You can purchase products on Esport Certified by registering with your academic email address. You must be a university/college student, faculty, alumni, or affiliated with a participating educational institution. Once you register with your academic (.edu) email address, you can add gear to your cart and check out—it’s easier than a round of Mario Kart on Sunday morning. You can have your order delivered to your home, dorm, or apartment. Or, if your campus bookstore is an Esport Certified partner, you can pick up your gear in-store.
If your package does not require a signature, it will be left at your front door or at your campus store (if you provided your campus store address at time of checkout and the campus store is a ESC partner). If you are concerned about the package being left while you are gone, we recommend having it sent to a work address.
Orders placed Monday through Friday before 10AM PST will be processed the same day and will ship within 2 business days.
Orders placed Monday through Friday after 10AM PST will be processed the next business day and will ship within 2 business days.
Orders placed after 10AM PST on Friday and orders placed during the weekend will be processed the following Monday and will ship within 2 business days.
We do not deliver with UPS on Saturday or Sunday.
We offer the following shipping methods (Please note that we do not deliver with UPS on Saturdays or Sundays for any of the below shipping methods):
UPS Ground Delivery: 3-5 business days
UPS 2 Day: 2 business days
UPS Overnight: 1 business day (not eligible for orders shipping to Alaska or Hawaii)
Cost is dependent on which shipping method you choose:
UPS Ground Delivery: $8. Free on orders $75+
UPS 2 Day: $15
UPS Overnight: $25
Once your order has been placed, we are unable to change the shipping method. If you have any concerns about your order arriving on time, please contact our customer service team at help@esportcertified.com.
You will receive an e-mail confirmation with your tracking number.
You will be able to track your order with the provided tracking number.
